Looking back on the Berlin trip, we could definitely see it as success. The students behaved impeccably throughout, Emily Hopper's language skills sorted any minor problems and we managed to see and enjoy many of the sights that the city had to offer. This included many museums - some might argue too many - a boat trip on the River Spree, historical sites associated with the study of iGCSE History, a von Hagens' science/art exhibition, a Sam Smyth concert and even a day of shopping on the Kurfurstendam. They ate food in a wide range of restaurants too and meal at the top of the Berlin TV Tower will live in the memory for a long time. Well done to all involved.
